Metabolism is not only affected by food. We need to monitor how much we drink – the liquid should enter the body evenly throughout the day, about two liters of pure water per day. Strength training is important: the more muscles in the body, the faster the metabolism, because the muscles, even at rest, burn a lot of calories.
And do not forget to get enough sleep so that during the day there is no desire to “throw” sweets and generally chew randomly. Well, greens – in addition to the basic products in the diet, there should be as much as possible.
