After waking up on an empty stomach

  • Warm water and half lemon.
  • 1 scoop protein powder.
    (after 30 min)
  • 1 Fig fruit.

breakfast:

  • Oatmeal 1 cup.
  • 3 egg white.
  • beans (or) broccoli 200 gm.

11’o Clock:

  • apple, banana, grapes, pineapple (salad)

lunchtime :

  • Rice one cup.
  • 100 gm chicken.

after lunch 1 fish oil tablet

3’o Clock:

  • 3 egg white
  • 1 medium-size potato ( Recommend sweet potato)

before workout

  • 1 Banana
  • Creatine Monohydrate,(or) bcaa

After Workout Time:

  • After Workout ( One scoop of protein powder).
  • 1 medium-size potato. ( Recommend sweet potato)

Dinner

  • chappati
  • chicken 100 gm
  • beans 100 gm
