After waking up on an empty stomach
- Warm water and half lemon.
- 1 scoop protein powder.
(after 30 min) - 1 Fig fruit.
breakfast:
- Oatmeal 1 cup.
- 3 egg white.
- beans (or) broccoli 200 gm.
11’o Clock:
- apple, banana, grapes, pineapple (salad)
lunchtime :
- Rice one cup.
- 100 gm chicken.
after lunch 1 fish oil tablet
3’o Clock:
- 3 egg white
- 1 medium-size potato ( Recommend sweet potato)
before workout
- 1 Banana
- Creatine Monohydrate,(or) bcaa
After Workout Time:
- After Workout ( One scoop of protein powder).
- 1 medium-size potato. ( Recommend sweet potato)
Dinner
- chappati
- chicken 100 gm
- beans 100 gm
